1. SMS Messaging Program Terms
The following terms govern Git Er Done LLC's text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number to us — through the quote form on giterdonenow.com, in person, by phone, or via any other written or verbal exchange — you agree to receive SMS text messages from us as described below.

Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, invoice and payment reminders, schedule changes, follow-ups about active jobs, and replies to your direct inquiries. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

- Message Frequency
- Frequency varies based on your active jobs with us. Typically 1–5 messages per project. Customers without an active job will not receive ongoing messages.
- Message & Data Rates
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging charges from your wireless carrier may be imposed for each message sent or received in connection with this program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan.
- Supported Carriers
- AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile USA (including MetroPCS and Sprint), U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-In Method
- You opt in by submitting our quote-request form at giterdonenow.com/quote with your phone number, by becoming an active customer, or by otherwise providing your phone number with the understanding that we may text you about your job.

Privacy
Information you provide in connection with this program is handled per our privacy policy. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
Your consent
By providing your phone number to Git Er Done LLC, you consent to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from us related to your business with us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods above.
2. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the giterdonenow.com website ("Site") and any handyman or home-improvement services you receive from Git Er Done LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for work, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or hire us. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time we provide services will apply.
3. Services we provide
Git Er Done LLC provides handyman and home-improvement services, including but not limited to plumbing repair, drywall and patching, painting, carpentry, doors and windows, tile and flooring, deck and fence repair, pressure washing, and general home maintenance. The specific scope of any job will be agreed in writing (or via the estimate) before work begins.
We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion, including jobs that are unsafe, outside our skill set, or where the customer is unwilling to agree to reasonable terms.
4. Estimates & quotes
Estimates we provide are based on the information you give us and a visual inspection. They are good-faith projections and not guaranteed final prices. If we discover unexpected conditions during the work (hidden damage, materials shortages, code issues), we'll stop, explain what we found, and get your approval in writing or by text before continuing. You won't be charged for additional work without your consent.
The cost-estimator tool on our website provides typical price ranges for general planning purposes only. It is not a binding quote. A formal quote requires a site visit.
5. Payment terms
- Jobs under $500: payment due on completion.
- Jobs $500 and over: 50% deposit due before scheduling, balance due on completion.
- Larger projects (over $5,000): may be broken into milestone payments by written agreement.
- Accepted methods: cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and bank transfer. Credit card payments may incur a 3% processing fee.
- Late payments: invoices unpaid more than 30 days past due may incur a 1.5% per month finance charge (or the maximum allowed by Tennessee law, whichever is less).
6. Workmanship warranty
We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on labor we perform, beginning on the date the job is completed. If something we did fails because of our work, contact us within one year and we'll return to repair or redo the affected work at no charge.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by other parties or other contractors
- Pre-existing conditions outside the agreed scope of work
- Acts of nature (storms, flooding, settling, etc.)
- Manufacturer defects in parts or materials (those are covered by the manufacturer's separate warranty — we'll help you with claims if needed)
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Git Er Done LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.
8. Cancellation & rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule with 24+ hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a trip-charge fee of up to $75 if we have already mobilized for the job.
If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we'll notify you as soon as possible and refund any deposit if you no longer want the work performed.
9. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee.
Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by direct discussion in good faith for at least 30 days.
